Rob is an experienced criminal defense attorney skilled in all aspects of complex criminal and business litigation. He is a former Oakland County Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and Palm Beach County Assistant State Attorney. In 19 years of practice, he has tried nearly 100 cases to jury verdict.
His experience in the courtroom gives him the real world know-how needed to advise clients throughout the litigation process, representing clients through all phases of the state and federal criminal justice system including investigation, pre-trial proceedings, motion practice and trial. He has handled all types of misdemeanors and felonies and also takes on driver's license restoration cases.

Rob's commercial and business litigation practice consists of assisting corporations and individuals with business related issues that arise and which ultimately may wind up in litigation. He has successfully handled cases involving complex commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, conversion and unfair trade practices.
Rob is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, The Florida Bar and the Oakland County Bar Association. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit.
